Instructor Biography   

 

 

Instructor Harold Gravely started his training in 1980. His instructor was Mr. Lewis Wilson. His Grand Master was Mr. Ju Hun Kim. After following his instructor, Mr. Wilson, for many years, Mr. Gravely opened his own school in 1990 under the name of Kim School of Tae Kwon Do. In the year 2000, Mr. Gravely changed his school name to Korean Martial Arts Academy.

His goal is to teach the best of the Korean Martial Arts that he can. He continues to train and learn as much about all the different arts and try to share the Martial Arts with as many people as he can.

He presently has two martial arts schools, one in Martinsville, Virginia and another in Stuart, Virginia. He also teaches classes in the Henry County school systems at all of the elementary schools. Also, Mr. Gravely has programs with the Henry County Parks and Recreations, Patrick County Parks and Recreations and with Martinsville City.
